CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN ME THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE YELLOW. Single broken yellow lines means you can overtake traffic on that side. Two sets of solid double yellow lines means you cannot overtake. It's the same with HOV lines. A solid line means you can't move out.
